Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after the studio provides written confirmation and any agreed advance payment is received.
Scope and pricing
Services, deliverables, timings, team size, travel, pricing, payment schedule, and any cancellation or rescheduling terms will be stated in the individual quote or booking agreement. That agreement takes precedence if it differs from these website terms.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, arranging required venue permissions, and ensuring a safe working environment. Photography coverage may be affected by venue rules, weather, lighting, delays, or circumstances outside the studio's reasonable control.
Creative work and usage
Copyright and permitted use of photographs, films, albums, and raw files will be set out in the booking agreement. Any portfolio, social-media, or promotional use of client images requires the client's consent where required by law or agreement.
Website use
Website content, images, branding, and design may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Do not misuse the enquiry form, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the website.
